My engine management is a AEM EMS unit with the CDI ignition system. I am converting the 5s-gte into distributorless with a Horsepowerfreaks.com coil over plugs system. This system will be replaced next year; with a M400 Motec unit with the Millitary spec wiring harness.
The intercooler is a Spearco Dual core Air to Liquid unit. This thing is huge!!! It measures 4.5" inches thick, 10.5" inches long, and 9.5" inches wide... And thats just the core, thats not including the end tanks...
The Clutch is a Tilton Carbon on Carbon Twin Plate clutch. This is the best clutch in the world, PERIOD!!! This is one of the very very few twin plate clutches in the world that can be slipped like a stock clutch. Other metalic twin plate clutches you cant slip because its a on and off affair. But since its a carbon on carbon material it works under a different rules... Unlike the a metalic clutch the more you slip it the more it heat soaks and the more it will slip. The Carbon on Carbon clutch on the other hand the more you slip it the more it will grab and lock. The advertised holding capacity of this clutch is 840 ft lbs of torque. Tilton test all their clutches they sell; before sending the unit out to the consumer. They tested my clutch to hold down 1100 ft lbs of torque. And the clamping force is 3940lbs ... But this also converts my clutch release bearing from meachincal to a hydrulic release bearing which makes the clutch pedal feel like a gas pedal.
The flywheel is a Tilton 4140 Billet Steel unit comes with the carbon on carbon twin plate ... its a whole assembly... This thing is sooo light its lighter than my 9.8lb Fidenza flywheel I had before.
My parts bin is in my closet. I have a bunch of stuff I'm waiting for ... I'm close to putting everything together and getting the Wraith back up and running ... This time around, I aint playing... SO STAY TUNED!!!
