'93 5S-FE. Can it be done?
I figure since the Long Block already sits at such an angle, and there is so much space where the Exhaust Manifold sits, dropping a small block in wouldn't that difficult. Of course i'll need to get the manual trans from a turbo model so there are no issues with the seating in the chassis, then i'd need to make an adapter plate for the flywheel, and custom mounting brackets for the motor.
Does anybody know like the smallest (or cheapest) LS/LT motor one can purchase?

You'd need to find about 2" more somewhere in the engine bay, right where that frame rail is, you know.

Not saying it's impossible, but pulling the engine out anytime you need to change the serpentine belt or anything else is going to get old very quickly.

What you really want is to turn the engine so that it's longitudinal, mount a driveshaft and decent rear end in the back, and go blow everyone's minds away at the sight of rear tire smoking Camry hotness.
(and no, I'm only half full of shit - there is a guy that did this to a Celica, though he used a 5SGTE iirc, and Camry is practically the same thing)

Do a Google search for "GT8 Celica" and you'll find a guy here in Aus did a longitudinal RWD 1UZ V8 conversion in his ST185 GT4, which got a couple of different supercharged/twin-turbo configurations and even went LS at the end before he sold it.

If you really want a FWD car with a V8 buy a Cadillac. But hopefully you'll come to your senses.

LS Swap EVERYTHING!!!!

Seriously those motors are amazing.

Back to OP, not to say it can’t be done. There’s a Prius out there that I seen being built with a LS motor.

You would need to build a trans tunnel to get a trans in there, covert to rwd, etc etc etc etc etc

One of those things, if you have to ask...Well no, just no. Lol
