All my gauges don't work and no lights on the instrument cluster. When i pull out fuse number 24 and put it back in everything works for a while.The next time I start the car everything is dead again. Any ideas?

Maybe try replacing the fuse rather than reinstalling the same one. It's not a very technical answer but heck- fuses are cheap and is an easy thing to do before spending more time/money on other solutions.
Is the fuse loose-fitting when installed? That might be another thing to check.
