Good Looking SE. A few questions though, where did you get the LED's from, and what car is the intake made for since they don't have the 2012 SE on their page yet?

 

I get all my LEDs from vleds.com

The '11 tC SR intake bolts right on. No mods needed. Just gotta make ur own bracket.

Why the aftermarket strut brace when SE came stock with one nicely designed and tucked away (hidden)? Did you end up removing the OEM front strut brace then?

For the blacked out fog light bezel, did you remove the chrome or got the piece aftermarket?

 

It was cheap so decided to add it on. Even tho we already have one.

I removed the chrome first then sprayed it then put um back on.

Looking really nice! Just bought an SE-Magnet Gray today! Its my 1st Toyota. How much more HP, if any, does the SR intake give you?

 

Idk exactly but if that's the first mod u do, then u can feel the diff from stock.

I gotta admit, I sold ya short thinking, "Whatcha gonna do to *build* a 12 SE?" First seeing the tint, then the blackouts........but then the spoiler, intake, headers, muffler.....l gotta give ya props!!! Nice build on that puppy!!! :thumbsup:

Is the header also from a 11 tc? and great build im loving how its coming along. The bolt on's really bring an aggresive apeal to the bay

How much did changing the Intake, Header, And open air cleaner cost ? What are the Horsepower gains from doing this. I'm just curious if it would be better to just get the V-6 for $1300 more dollars, if these mods cost more than that and you get like 20 more HP?
It looks great anyways. GREAT JOB !!!!!

 

Intake, header, exhaust costed less than a grand. Haven't really dyno'd it yet. Waiting to finish all engine mods then dyno.

I have custom catback right now and plan on getting dezod catted header for the 11 tc. Thanks in advance. btw what other engine mods do you plan on doing?

No CEL from the intake. I get the CEL from time to time with the header but I just reflash the ECU then goes away.

Can't really do anything else to it. I ordered NST Crank Pulley. It should be coming soon. After that, I don't think can do anything else unless I turbo or supercharge it but i wanna keep it NA.

Did you get the header with the cel eliminator? You can't beat he weapon r for price. The dezod carted header is like 539!! But it shudnt give a cel since it has the hi flow cat. I was thinking about the nst pulley as well but I read on the tc forum that some Guys had issues with oil leaks and vibrations since the factory pulley is also a harmonic balancer. Please post some feedback after. I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance. Sorry for so much questions.

 

Dyno

You should dyno it after the pulley to see how much power these new motors put out with some mods.

What???? it's been awhile since you ordered. Maybe their making a new batch. I wonder what color your going to get. How does your car run with your intake/ header set up? decent performance difference from stock? Mile per gallon? Im averaging 19mpg mixed driving on my gen 6.5 I4 with my catback and intake setup.
