I installed this clock spring and it fixed the horn and airbag light but now my steering wheel buttons/controls and Cruise do not work. My 2007 Toyota Camry LE was listed as a correct match for the part 84306-06150 bought on ebay. My vehicle has Bluetooth and radio controls. Any suggestions? EDIT - This was new aftermarket unit. Part # confirmed by VIN on Toyota parts site.

Last update for the day. Checked all connectors again and everything looked good but horn still stuck on. Pulled the wheel and put the old CS back in. Back to original condition: SRS light and No horn but all other controls work. May have been a loose connection from the CS to the column harness? Will put the new one back on tomorrow and hope the horn is not still stuck. I wish I could find the pin out diagram for the CS so I could troubleshoot how the horn activates. It does not appear to be part of the steering wheel control harness so thought possibly the ground wire.

Do you have a meter and can check for continuity on the new and old CS?
It may or may not tell you the pinouts (I don't remember how many connectors were under the airbag when I added cruise and intermittent wipers to my Tacoma), but it will at least tell you which connections are working (and may reveal missing connections on the replacement)
