Junk yard. Even if Toyota can come up with a new one, I'd bet that 9 out of 10 factory pieces from the junkyard would be just as good, and for sure cheaper.
If you are near a good sized city, and money is an object, a typical U-Pull-&-Pray is the best option, other than a craigslist ad from someone close by who is parting one out...

the switch is mounted on the the clutch pedal bracket near the fire wall. they come with all manual Corolla's. It will cancel cruise, if you have cruise, but mostly it's so you can't start the car unless the clutch pedal is pressed all the way in.

I had picked one up from the junk yard when I did my swap but have yet to wire it up. Not sure where to hook it into still. Automatics has neutral safety switch on the trans and I want to say it must be wired into that, but never have been able to figure it out.

If you do, I will be very thankful to know how you end up doing yours.

My bad for not Making it quite clear. Alright to start. I have the clutch pedal and clutch master cyclinder in. As far as I know USDM corollas never had cruise control. I'm trying to find the plug for the clutch neutral safety switch so that the Ecu just has to see that ground switch activates. But I have no luck since I'm in the process of converting to manuel since I was originally auto and I can't see the plug. Tho I've been told many times it's near the drivers door. I cant seem to find it. (If anyone has a picture of that plug please send it my way.) but I've also been told that not all rolla came with the plug, so I have to splice into a signal wire so that the ECU can read that I have the clutch pedal down. But finding it is gonna be a pain since my engine harness is from tweakd proformace and that they told me I shouldn't be splicing everything since everything should be there. It probably doesn't make sense I'm a bit flustered and a bit pissy. I'll come back to this and edit if necessary. Sorry again if it doesn't make sense

FYI Toyota considers the clutch neutral safety switch to be part of the cruise control system whether you had it or not (and Halo is right, plenty of USDM Corollas had cruise control). In the repair manual the clutch neutral safety switch is NOT covered under the clutch section, but you will find it discussed under the cruise control section.

I'm not super good with wiring diagrams but from what I can tell it should connect to Junction 4C (in the right kick panel). This connector seems to also connect to the instrument panel.

Not all manual Corollas world-wide had the clutch switch though (I know mine doesn't), but I don't think many places other than the US had CC available so it was probably just a North America thing...

Yeah I totoal forgot bout this. I just ended up making a switch to the starter and whatever hot wire that's on the ignition barrel and been enjoying the swap since..... And I've been driving it for the past month or so with a giant grin on my face.... Till my clutch slipped out on me on the way home couple days ago.... But I'll get that sorted tomorrow
